AGILE COACH/ATLASSIAN EXPERT

POSITION GOALS:

- Serve as the programme specialist when it comes to enabling Agile through JIRA & Confluence
- Quickly grasp the current Programme setup and its challenges
- Advise on how to transition, develop solution options around having several JIRAs in place
- Share known Best Practices & suggest areas for improvements
- Propose a customized setup, processes and Roles (especially for the Pilots Cost Transparency Reporting/SAP Core)
- Supervise the Pilots, find solutions to specific challenges
- Review the Pilots, implement continual improvements
- Assess the different project requirements based on the stage of development they are in
- Help in developing relevant training material for more advanced JIRA usage

MAIN TASKS/ACTIVITIES:

- Continually educate users about best practices, critically assess acceptance criteria and if they have been met
- Carry forward and push back when appropriate concerning user suggested requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for urgent JIRA issues
- Help moderating sprint plannings and retrospective sessions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Experienced in scrum and agile processes and delivery.
- Experienced user of JIRA & Confluence.
- Able to encourage use of tools, and coach on the go
- Able to quickly grasp the context of the different projects, ie requirement gathering/fit gap, and suggest tailored solutions
