Agile Coach/Amsterdam - Next to Schiphol Airport/Start Date 1st March

AGILE COACH/AMSTERDAM - NEXT TO SCHIPHOL AIRPORT/START DATE 1ST MARCH/6-12 MONTH CONTRACT

Radtac are looking for an exceptional Agile Coach, who has run technical teams, who has experience of good technical practices who can ensure team discipline, and who has breadth and depth of Agile coaching knowledge.

AGILE COACH SKILLS:

- MUST HAVE SPC (SAFE PROGRAM CONSULTANT)
- Experience working at least one Release Train
- PI Planning
- Extensive experience working as an Agile Coach

AGILE COACH ROLE DETAILS:

- Facilitating programme level ceremonies such as backlog refinement/readiness and planning preparation
- Supporting alignment across all teams involved in the programme while also providing predictability to the deliverables over an established schedule and critical deadlines.
- Removing impediments, managing programme level risk and dependencies.
- Supporting Product Owners with the communication of updates as well as with backlog maintenance. Ensuring that each team has an actionable, prioritized backlog and defined and published Program Increment objectives.
- Coaching teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters on the effective execution of ceremonies/events (within Scrum and Kanban). Developing and conducting Agile-oriented training and workshops.
- Taking on a hands-on approach where necessary, for example by performing a Scrum Master role.
