I am looking for somebody that has a background in engineering, this because you will be working together a lot with engineering teams. Next to the engineering teams you are also working together with marketing to deliver one solid product.
Travelling can and will probably is part of this role as some part of the team is offshore. A flexible mindset is therefore very nice!
You are primarily a coach but a background in coding is required. Knowledge of CI/CD, Kanban is also required.
