BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
6 MONTH (EXTENDABLE) CONTRACT

THE COMPANY
ConSol Partners' client is a leading European bank with offices in 74 countries all over the globe. They are providing solutions to all their clients in financing, investment, savings and protection insurance. Their office in Brussels has been undergoing massive infrastructure transformation to get all their employees working in agile and they are looking for you to help them with their goal.
THE ROLE
As an Agile Coach for ConSol Partner's client, your mission is organized on 2 main axes:
- Deploying the agile approach and organisation in Product mode
- Sensitising and training managers and collaborators to the agile approach and principles of Scrum, Product management as Kanban
- Participating in piloting the progress of deployment and maturity levels
- Sharing the best techniques and practices, especially via the IT BDDF Agile Community
- Helping the teams in setting up an organisation in Product mode
- Defining the methods of setting up the agility, implementing the practices, techniques and tools
- An opportunity to immerse yourself in the Strategic Change Transformation Program and develop your expertise on Agile practices and be able to experiment with innovative practices
THE INDIVIDUAL
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years' experience in agile coaching
- Expertise in Agile practices (including Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFE, Design Thinking, )
- Knowledge of tools specific to Agile practices
- Experience in project management/agile asset management is preferred
- MUST be French or Dutch speaking
The successful candidate must have great communication skills as well as be passionate about agile coaching and showing energy and drive.
