I am urgently looking for a skilled Agile Coach to join my clients site in Amsterdam. This is a long term contract with one of Europes leader banks.
The ideal candidate can start ASAP and has experience on the followings:
- You have at least HBO work and thinking level
- You have knowledge of and demonstrable practical experience with Agile (Scrum/KanBan, Scaling methods such as SAFE and LESS) and Lean
- You have proven training, coaching and change management experience
- You have experience as team leader and have demonstrably impacted business based on broad content business knowledge and experience
- You work together, you show courage, you take responsibility, you speak out, you are creative
- You actively ask for help and feedback, but also dare to provide feedback
