The AGILE COACH will be responsible for the following
- Facilitate adoption of and improvements in the DevOps way of working within squads and IT Areas
- Support team in achieving their mission
- Drive broad collaboration and alignment between squads and their stakeholders
The AGILE COACH will ideally have the following experience:
- Deep knowledge in DevOps and agile methodologies
- Broad understanding of technologies and consumer needs
- High level knowledge of coding or Scripting languages and automation tooling
- Strong leadership and people management competence
- Natural self-motivation and drive to take end-to-end ownership
