Agile Coach

A well-known financial services company is looking for an Agile Coach with excellent technical skills to work on cross portfolio projects along with some BAU work.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the improvement and adoption of the agile framework
* Responsible for the planning, coordination and application of agile metrics
* Help the business to use Kanban and Scrum, resolve blockers, and facilitate the development and support teams.
* Work with the QA Manager to help deliver the Test Strategy

Essential Skills:
* Proven experience of facilitating of end to end delivery as Agile Coach
* Experience of using Microsoft TFS, Serena, Jenkins, BladeLogic/Chef/Docker and MTM
* Experience of implementing Continuous Delivery
* Track record of working with very senior level management
* Development background in either .Net or Java technologies
* Experience in implementing BDD, TDD and pair programming
