Project description:

Our client operates according to the Prince2 method, while the development department for several years proceed according to Scrum. This has led to a hybrid solution where the front, through the Division Director, was mainly driven project and where the back was just Agile central.

There they try to make change and so we seek change for an experienced Agile manager who can guide thereby.

Your mission will be focused largely on the grounds care where, on a trial basis, the Prince2 method will be released. Instead of PID's, PD's and progress reports will now have to be controlled mainly on the basis of a product backlog, a road map and the estimated business value. This command is much less to the coaching of teams and Product Owners, but rather about taking their customers, owners and stakeholders in this new way of working. Keep in mind that you are going to rotate in strong political organizations in which you have to find your own way.

They strive to ensure that their customers, according to the principle "customer collaboration", really feel that they build with their scrum teams to the best possible solution. They therefore especially looking for someone who can bring Agile ideas in the right way with their customers and owners and shows how this provides value to them.

Tasks:

Coordinating the pilot Agile/Scrum steering Care ', incl. Formulate acceptance criteria and organize evaluation

Coaching stakeholders and clients of the municipalities in the "pure" Agile work

Coaching scrum teams domain Care

Coaching other Scrum teams and Product Owners department Development Department Director

Profile:

Minimum 5 years experience (in several roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) work with Agile/Scrum;

Extensive proven experience as Agile coach on the business side; experience in guiding Agile implementations (senior) management level;

Experience with Agile project management is a plus;

Good analytical and communication skills;

Experience of working in politically sensitive (preferably government) environments;

Is strong in the shoes;

Is able to manoeuvre in a political playing field.
