Agile Business Analyst - Digital Banking Channels

Agile Business Analyst with a track-record in Digital Banking and ideally Customer Interaction and Contact Centres required for an innovative new project with one of the Netherlands biggest banks.

Our client is launching a new Digital service for Remote Financial Advice and now require an experienced Business analyst to work in a Scrum team designing and building a new platform.

The successful hire will discuss and agree requirements with stakeholders, manage the Product Backlog, and create and refine User Stories, and be the conduit between the Scrum development teams, business stakeholders and other development teams.

Requirements

- 5+ years IT experience, ideally in Digital Channels.
- Agile/Scrum experience including working as a Business Analyst in an Agile setting.
- Financial Services experience, especially Digital Banking.
- Experience of Customer Interaction, Contact Center and relevant systems knowledge of Video Conferencing, Web Security and Document Sharing all nice-to-have.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Dutch.
- University level education.
