Agile Business Analyst

Long-term contract located in Brussels within the Public Sector, please see below for details -

My client wishes to benefit from external consulting services in the context of multiple projects related to development of information systems which support the companies core business processes.

REQUIRED SPECIFIC EXPERTISE -

Analysis of business and functional requirements
Design of information systems.
Data flow analysis.
User interface analysis and design.
Proven experience in coordinating and carrying testing activities such as:
Drafting of test strategies and test plans.
Aid in writing UATs (User Acceptance Tests).
Liaise between the development team and business stakeholders during UATs.
Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience in defining user stories.
Excellent knowledge of the RUP (Rational Unified Process) software engineering methodology and its artefacts.
Good knowledge of UML (Unified Modelling Language).

OPTIONAL EXPERTISE

Expertise in the following domains would be an asset:

- Knowledge of ColdFusion.
- Knowledge of JEE.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Previous experience with business process modelling/management, functional analysis and/or market analysis for European institutions and other bodies.
- Previous experience with conducting business analysis in multi-DG/institutional projects and deriving commonalities in requirements, features, etc. in multi- DG/institutional projects.
