Agile Business Analyst - Edinburgh

My client who are going through massive transformation currently require a Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

Business Analysts need to be a combination of Business Process Analysts, Systems Analyst and Proxy product owner as necessary and so must have a combination of strong business understanding and a creative, analytical mindset to solve problems. Interviewing techniques will be key as will effective workshop facilitation.

You will be able to demonstrate an ability to elicit requirements to assist in developing product roadmaps and create effective user stories. Experience of working in Agile teams using KANBAN and SCRUM delivery process frameworks.

Communication will be key within this role and will help you develop domain expertise quickly, own issues and drive to resolution.

Value Stream Mapping, User Stories experience will be required and the ability to speak the language of a technical team.
