Your World Healthcare are currently recruiting for Physiotherapists to work in the Aged Care Sector across multiple locations in Victoria.

One role will be part time with 24 hours over 4 days and the other will be full time with the option of working only 4 days.

Job Description
To be successful for this role you must be able to perform the following:
Developing innovative treatment plans
Providing rehabilitation and falls prevention initiatives to residents
Implementing & managing pain management clinics
Regular evaluation and incident analysis
Care plan modification and progression
Manual handling education and competency ASX
Falls mapping and tagging
Falls risks assessment tests (FRAT)
Exercise and falls management group programmes
Supply of equipment and aids
Comprehensive documentation and conducting comprehensive patient assessments
Liaison with residents, carers and relatives
In-service education

CANDIDATE:

- Must be AHPRA Registered
- Must be able to drive
- Excellent communication skills
