Templeton and Partners are currently looking for one Aftersales Telecoms Manager for China.
DAILY RATE IS BETWEEN 1000 -1250 US DOLLARS/DAY,
depending on how your CV matches the JobSpec below.
Accomodation and visa expenses are paid by client.
THIS IS A VERY POPULAR POSITION, SO PLEASE READ THE JOB SPEC CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING YOUR CV.
Extensive (6 years+ minimum AND recent) experience required in:-
> service planning or service operation for one or more of market leading telecom players
(Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Nokia, Motorola)
> must be on a global level
> after-sales services platform eg customer services, contract centre, spare part management, field services, return-goods logistics
> call centre operations and service centre operations
> process oriented environment
> instructed team members on L3 to L5 processes
> Senior Manager/Director level minimum 4 years
ROLE (SIMILAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MINIMUM 6 YEARS):
> advise customers
> AFTER-SALES SERVICE TRANSFORMATION.
> 6 months' contract
> rate 1000 -1250 USD depending on experience
