Projektbeschreibung
• Provide customer services of AMS hub, categorize sales return, warranty returns and DOA returns.
• Develop process flow and documentation for varies return categories.
• Define product quality of functionality and cosmetic standard and provide training
• In charge customer returns from field. Categorize and fault isolation of failures. Provide data feedback to factory quality.
• Measure field failure rate (FFR) and provide suggestion on improvement.
• Manage revise logistic for returned products with service provider and its stock management system
• Refurbishment of returned products and make classification.
• Manage global team in Europe, USA and Hong Kong as the return hubs are located
What we are looking for:
• Relevant experience of After-Market Service work in world class electronic consumer product, in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Able to manage a team and work independently
• Good analytical skill and problem solver
• Good product knowledge that provide advice to RMA service providers
• BSc degree in Engineering or equivalents
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be an advantage
