After Hours Service Desk Analyst

Enjoy working flexible hours within a busy service desk team? Do you have experience working in a managed services environment with high call volumes?

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and successful technical service desk team and learn on the job whilst supporting a dedicated customer.

To be considered for this role you will meet the following requirements:

- 2 years experience within an enterprise managed service desk environment with exposure with call logging tools and high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work day, night ands weekend work within a shift roster environment.
- MCP/CCNA and ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
- EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH A TRUE TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE IS ESSENTIAL

Our client is ready to interview now with an ASAP start required. This position is supporting a dedicated customer with high call volumes and customer driven SLA requirements.

This role is based in Sydney's Northern Beaches and all applicants must have their own transport with free parking available on-site.

To be considered for this role you must be currently based in Sydney and available to commence work at short notice.
