Projektbeschreibung

Affinity Development Representative/Manager needed for a leading energy supplier based in Cathcart. They will be prospecting for business partners and creating and delivering the proposal (moving forward through the whole process).

The role involves:- * To successfully generate, negotiate and account manage affinity partnerships in order that the channels sales and quality targets are met.

* Provide company representation in the commercial/legal negotiation of new affinity activity.

* Responsible for ensuring that the 'due diligence' process is completed for new business partners and to make recommendations to the Affinity Partnership Channel Manager on all new business proposals.

* Responsible for ensuring affinity partnerships have a proper contractual relationship with company and those they are in adherence to the agreed SLAs etc.

* Work with the Planning & Measurement team to ensure all affinity commercial proposals have a positive NPV.

* Work with Market Research & Database Unit to ensure the prospective partners' customers are profiled and fit with Energy Retail's sales quality policy.

* Work with Market Research & Database Unit to ensure that as required market research is completed to test consumer interest in a proposed partnership.

* Work with all relevant areas of Energy Retail that may be included in development of an affinity proposal, namely yet not exclusively, Product & Pricing, Marketing, Customer Services, Energy Services & the Government Obligation team.

* Stakeholder manage a number of areas within company to ensure that any affinity proposal is as strong as possible and be comfortable to present knowledgeably on the latest company developments.

* To arrange and lead weekly/monthly review meetings with all affinity partners.

* To assist sales channel heads with the implementation of affinity sales into a channel and build a relationship with all channels to ensure the delivery of the affinity sales target via a varied channel mix. This may include specific training, Scripting, objection handling and briefing to maximise the effectiveness of any affinity campaign.

* To ensure that all affinity partnership structures meet Ofgem regulatory requirements.

* To ensure the development of affinity proposals are designed to suit both company and potential affinity partner's needs with each bespoke proposal being designed to create value, stand out from the competition, brand enhancement and customer benefit.

* To be pro-active in ensuring that all affinity partnerships and nominated sales channels are operating at maximum advantage to company and at the lowest cost per service possible.

* Ability to identify, present to, negotiate and recruit new partners. Maintain the accounts/partnerships and ensure profitability whilst all KPI's are met.

Skills and Knowledge required:- - Strong managerial experience within a Sales and/or Marketing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident, with a proven track record of communicating, presenting and influencing at a senior level both internally and externally.
- Account management and contract negotiation experience.
- A flexible attitude to working hours to cope with extensive travel, peak workloads and customer/staff requirements.
- A flexible attitude to personal development - prepared to acquire new skills associated with flexible management requirements.
