MY DUTIES:

- Leading role on change initiatives to meet the Bank’s strategy and ensure that business benefits are achieved
- They will build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Bank
- Providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted adviser
- In addition to having a broad change skillset

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Each Change Execution Manager may also specialise in a core change capability e.g. Business Analysis, Programme Management, Process Improvement/Re-engineering, Change Adoption and Test Management
- Experienced in the field of AFC
- Work experience in Transaction Monitoring/ Alert Handling 
- Experience in process harmonization and automization
- An afinity for policies and procedures would be great
