AEM Technical Lead

We are looking for an AEM Technical Lead in NJ, details:

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Duration: 12 months+

Start: 2 weeks

-OPERATIONS
-Monitor and control existing AEM implementations to ensure stable environments
-Own the ACL
-Monitor server performance
-Implement improvements
-Communicate important information to internal stakeholders
-Release schedules
-Downtime windows
-Co-ordinate cross OpCo meetings and decisions
-Deciding on downtime windows; release schedules
-Resolve Schedule and requirements conflicts between OpCos
-Ensure a Technically optimal AEM implementation across all OpCos that meets:
-Budget objectives.
-Individual and crossOpCo Requirements.
-Sharing of content across OpCos
-Best practices.
-Be a single-point-of-contact with the vendor, Adobe, and internal stakeholders
-Review SLAs
-Ensure SLAs are met.
-Facilitate crossOpCo meetings across Technology and Business groups
-Release Management
-Own the Release deploy cycle along with vendor
-Ensure Release Management processes are met
-Review and enhance Release Management processes
-Own the CI Server, and ensure the CI processes are in operation
-DOCUMENTATION
-Document, implement and maintain a set of policies, processes and procedures:
-Implement a Development process
-Implement a Build/Deploy/Release Process that will be acceptable to all OpCos
-Utilize previous implementation retrospectives to keep refining PPPs.
-Agreed by all OpCos
-Support future AEM customizations, implementations and integration with other systems
-Organize and facilitate meetings
-Document decisions
-Support OpCos track agreed upon items.
