AEM Developer

Currently looking for an AEM Developer on a contract basis, the role is with a leading system integration consultancy. The contract will run for 6 month paying £500 per day. As an AEM developer you will be responsible for the Implementation and customisations to template sites for AEM whilst writing custom components in Java for AEM, and manage AEM sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Expert in Adobe AEM foundational concepts and a solid understanding of AEM building blocks
- Create OSGi components and tag libraries.
- Has created custom workflows for custom approval/publishing with integration to external systems
- Leverage web content management component of Adobe AEM to customize and port customer websites is required.
- Create custom templates, components
- Experience & Good understanding of Adobe cloud services
- Understanding of Front End frameworks such as jQuery.
- Able to leverage CRX as a repository
- Able to leverage AEM workflows

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- At least 1 year of AEM 5.6.1 (or 5.5) experience
- Preferably AEM certified
- Java/J2EE skills
- Javascript (JQuery)/HTML 5/CSS 3.0
- version control (GitHub), Jenkins Builds, Maven, Apache, Eclipse
- Experience working on mobile development
- Ecommerce experience.
