Advisory Consultant Transformation and Process Optimisation Manufactur

For one of our clients in the life sciences sector we are currently looking for AN ADVISORY CONSULTANT TO DELIVER A STRATEGY AS TO TRANSFORMATION AND PROCESS OPTIMISATION IN THE FIELD OF MANUFACTURING IT TO BE BASED IN BASEL, SWITZERLAND.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert who can help shape the strategy and vision for a transformation programme within Life Sciences Manufacturing IT.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Main scope: Advise and deliver on the a strategy for the transformation and process optimisation within a large-scale Life Sciences Manufacturing IT environment
- Analyse the current processes within Manufacturing IT
- Make a SWOT analysis of the current processes and workflow in a highly regulated environment
- Gap analysis and requirements engineering
- Define TOM, roadmap, process optimisation
- Advise on business process improvements
- Advise on workforce optimisation (internal and external)
- Advise on communication and knowledge flow within the organisation
- Communicate vision and advise on best practice

PROFILE:

- Senior advisory Consultant with proven experience in Manufacturing IT/Supply Chain Processes
- Proven experience in putting together a vision and deliver a strategy as to process optimisation in a Life Sciences Manufacturing IT environment
- Extensive experience in IT processes optimisation and leading business transformation programs in a highly regulated environment such as Life Sciences, Pharma, Aviation
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology, project documentation and reporting (stage gates)
- Experience in scope change controls procedures, Risk mitigation planning and transitioning of completed projects
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Pragmatic, can-do' attitude, ability to work autonomously, take initiative
