- Review job descriptions and prepare job postings for manager review and approval.
- Post and maintain jobs on job boards, social media sites, etc.
- Maintain the internal job postings process to include union and non-union positions.
- Support Lead Advisor HR Recruitment in sourcing candidates.
- Develop, schedule, conduct, and document phone screens of eligible candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring manager/hiring team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for management.
- Conduct background checks and submit drug testing requests.
SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high performance culture for staffing needs with increasing responsibilities and success.
- Thorough knowledge of staffing and recruitment services.
- Strong understanding of general business and office terminology.
- Ability to handle a high volume workload and multiple high-level, time-sensitive projects at the same time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Superior communication skills that effectively facilitate valuable relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
Driven to succeed in both independent and collaborative environments. - Passion for improving the customer experience.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership of assignments.
