This position is a combination of recruitment and administrative support.

DESCRIPTION:
Review job descriptions and prepare job postings for manager review and approval;
Post and maintain jobs on job boards, social media sites, etc.
Maintain the internal job postings process to include union and non-union positions
Support Lead Advisor HR Recruitment in sourcing candidates
Develop, schedule, conduct and document phone screens of eligible candidates
Schedule interviews with hiring manager/hiring team
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for management
Conduct background checks and submit drug testing requests

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high performance culture for staffing needs with increasing responsibilities and success
Thorough knowledge of staffing and recruitment services
Strong understanding of general business and office terminology
Ability to handle a high volume workload and multiple high-level, time-sensitive projects at the same time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superior communication skills that effectively facilitate valuable relationships both internally and externally
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and resolution skills
Driven to succeed in both independent and collaborative environments
Passion for improving the customer experience
High degree of responsibility and ownership of assignments
Must be a high energy individual with a strong desire to learn
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
