Title:- Advice and Strategy Manager
Location:- London or potentially Home Based
Duration:- 19th October 2015 initially

Our well established financial services client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advice and Strategy Manager (Wills, Probate, Tax planning, IHT+ CGT, Trusts planning) to join their office based in London.

Key Responsibilities:-
You will be responsible for defining key advice content (eg implication of choosing appropriate tax boxes to meet customer needs, approach to IHT and Pension planning, definition of advice approach for specialist advice areas, Advice Charging Policy etc), defining strategic change to the Advice Approach driven by regulatory changes or business needs and building strong relationships and managing key stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented efficiently.

You will focus on Trusts planning, Tax planning (IHT and CGT), Wills, Probate, Estate administration and must have excellent knowledge in these areas.

Essential skills:-
You should have a demonstrable history of Advice and Strategy management experience with an in depth understanding of applicable financial services regulation and excellent knowledge of the adviser role and advice processes.

Desired qualifications:-
Chartered Financial Planner ie QCF Level 6 (or at a minimum QCF Level 4)/Society of Trust and estate Planners (STEP) certificate in Trust and Estate Planning
