Projektbeschreibung
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Review and sign-off on the initial project quotations
+ Conduct equipment, process and tool feasibility reviews
+ Manage and track equipment and tool sourcing and design
+ Coordinate prove-out events within the manufacturing facilities and at suppliers
+ Analyze dimensional data and reconcile the process
+ Complete tool prove-out and hand-off to production
+ 5+ years’ experience in plastic injection mold tooling and process engineering
+ Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
+ Automotive experience highly desired
+ DOE and data driven studies experience highly desired
+ Analytical problem solving; strong mechanical aptitude
+ Experience in one or more of the following required: slush, FIP (foam in place), injection molding and / or vac form
+ Experience with injection molding equipment, robotics and auxiliary equipment
+ Experience with various injection molding tool technologies (thermo forming, vac forming, and compression
+ forming, cooling and turbulent flow, tool shot, mold behind, and in-mold formed laminates)
+ Ability to travel, domestically and internationally
