Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Interieur / Werksplaner Interieur (m/w)

Für ein spannendes Projekt im Automotive-Bereich sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach Produktion- bzw. Werkplanern mit Interieur-Expertise (m/w).

Aufgaben:
+ Process development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) for new programs
+ Use industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time (MTM)
+ Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new products
+ Plant and process layout for new products and plant launches (Autocad, Tecnomatix)
+ Perform computer simulations of manufacturing operations (Tecnomatix)
+ Perform cost analysis of product and process alternatives (investments and assembly time)
+ Write process specifications and make recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements
+ Write specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurement
+ Simulate continuous improvement process in plants (KAIZEN, DO IT) with the objective of MEQ
+ Work wi SD-Teams to complete product launches
+ Monitor assembly equipment through production start-up
+ Stimulate TPM in new projects
+ Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
+ Improvement strategies: Participate and/or lead activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation

+ Min. 2 years experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer
+ OEM or Tier One automotive seating or interior trim work experience
+ High volume automotive manufacturing engineering work experience
+ Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills
+ JCMS/ Lean manufacturing
+ Plastics Process and Equipment
+ Plant Layout using AUTO CAD
+ Equipment selection, purchasing and installation
+ Tooling and fixtures
+ fließende Englischkenntnisse
