Adult Support Professional - Xanthos House

Xanthos House is a supported living project for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

The program will be supported with around-the-clock staffing. Training on the diagnostics of the autism spectrum, on behaviorism, on the Monarch Model and on treatment intervention ongoing supervision meant to beget stronger job performance, as well as professional and personal development. Staff members will act as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, tasked with the responsibility of helping six young adults with ASD live as independent, self-determined, integrated and fulfilled of lives as can be facilitated.

In Xanthos House, the direct care staff are the delivery system for clinical intervention, as the clientele, given their autism diagnoses, are not candidates for insight-based talk therapy. Staff members will participate in assessment, data collection, treatment planning, and ultimately, will provide the interventions meant to help facilitate client progress.

A Bachelor's degree is required.
