Adult Social Worker - London area

The successful applicant must have experience within:

* Working with individual adults with learning difficulties and their carers on an individual, family and/or group basis. Working closely and co-operatively with other colleagues to ensure that services are relevant to user needs and meet departmental and Council standards and objectives
* To accurately record and report on individual cases, and to produce and analyze statistical data on the work within the field of responsibility in general, producing reports for information as required
* Managing a caseload effectivelyand undertaking initial assessments
* FACS Assessments
* Providing person centred support and Safeguarding duties

Looking at competitive rates of pay with on the job mileage paid.
