ADSC Interviewer

ADSC Interviewer required to work in Woking, Surrey on an 8 week contract initially.

ADSC Interviewers run a variety of assessments that Candidates must pass in order to be made an offer to attend Basic Training. The final element is a structured interview taking account of the candidate's performance throughout the assessment centre. The Interviewer is responsible for conducting each interview in line with the procedure, taking appropriate notes, answering questions, evaluating the individual's performance, recording decisions and reviewing and sharing information with colleagues.

The successful candidate will be a good listener with strong verbal and written communication skills with experience of interviewing. You should come to the role with a thorough understanding of and empathy with Army/Service values and ethos. As well as an interest and enthusiasm of the development of a predominantly youthful target group.

This post may require occasional out of hours work in support of evening and weekend selection activities. The interviewer will be required to observe outdoors selection activities on a daily basis to gather additional character information on candidates.
