Business Analyst/Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Support the Project Managers and ensure that customer standards are followed and requirements are met
- Align with IT Quality and other relevant groups to ensure PMM deliverables for the phases and gates are prepared
- Organize relevant documentation and proofread the documentation before signoff-meetings
- Collect and manage project status information, risks, issues and mitigation
- Write test scripts and carry out the user acceptance tests
- Establish forms and templates to simplify communication, record keeping and reporting 
- Support on Change Management and Adoption
- Support on general project activities coordination
- Work with Group Communications colleagues to simplify the procedure for mass communication and implement required TI solutions (e.g. RADA Groups, Newsletter options, etc.)
- Coordinate the phase 2 of the so called “Roche slides” in Google suite as well as other brand related activities
- Support the adoption of Google suite for Group Communications colleagues in collaboration with FGI team members and Business Partners
- Elaborate System Risk Assessments, Data Classification Reports and Vendor Assessments based on customer procedures and practices
- Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth experience working as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a pharmaceutical environment  
- In-depth knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sites, Docs, My Drive, Shared Drive, Smart Search)
- Familiar with and preferably experienced in creating System Risk Assessment
- Experienced in Change Management (ADKAR Model)
- Experience working in the communications department (Intranet, Internet, Social Media, Brand etc.) in a global company
- Organized, capacity to work under tight milestones and sense of urgency in a very demanding project
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a team and align across numerous, key stakeholders inside and outside the project
- Proven experience and ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into potential solutions
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams within IT or business to achieve the desired results
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken); German skills
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methods; certifications (PROSCI / PMP)
- Profound experience working on transformational and organizational change projects in a pharmaceutical environment 
- Expertise with Google Suite
