Adobe Systems Administrator - Dublin - AEM/CQ5 - £400 a day

Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for an Adobe Systems Administrator to join a team in Dublin for a minimum of 5 weeks. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot, repair and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)/CQ Content Management System products.
The skills required for the role are as followed:
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation providing 24x7 support according to established client SLA guidelines
- Familiar with infrastructure environment refresh
- Ability to monitor Adobe Experience Manager/CQ infrastructure and provide both proactive and reactive support, problem management and root cause analysis
- Ability to liaise with Infrastructure, Release Management and Development among other intersecting organizations to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problem management and determine root cause analysis
- Ability to perform SVN branching/merging strategies
- Knowledge and implementation skills with the core AEM/CQ technology stack
- Knowledge with core frameworks including Apache Felix, OSGi, and Apache Sling
- Ability to configure dispatcher farms for mobile, tablet, desktop
- Ability to configure publishers and authors
- Ability to deploy content and code
- Experience with Solaris
- Experience with creating workflows, setup replication agent, setup users/groups
- Experience with backup & restore of CQ instance
- Experience with writing maintenance Shell Scripts and curl scripts
- Experience with debugging pages using Firebug, Chrome Developer Tool
- Exposure to AEM/CQ upgrades and migrations is plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement best practices for infrastructure configuration, migration/deployment and backup for maximum ROI with reduced operational cost
- Liaise with Infrastructure Services to deploy patches, upgrades and new products across Adobe Experience Manager/CQ environments
- Update system documentation supporting above activities including standard operation procedures
- Support application deployment into the Adobe Experience Manager/CQ environments, configuring application needs, deploying code/content, troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Understand and participate in change control and change management processes including providing incident queue resolution support within established client SLA guidelines
- Define and improve common processes, procedures and framework guidelines for use across multiple Adobe Experience Manager/CQ environments
- Support of AEM/CQ infrastructure with load-balanced, replicated and fail-over capabilities
