Adobe CQ5 Technical Lead Job

AEM (ADOBE CQ5) TECHNICAL LEAD needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Expertise in AEM (Adobe Enterprise Management/Adobe CQ5)
- Enterprise level Project Management experience working on global website implementations
- AEM System Administration; AEM System monitoring

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner with all stake holders, including Content and ITS managers across operating companies, to ensure roles and expectations are clearly defined and understood on each project
- Monitor and control existing AEM implementations to ensure stable environments
- Ensure a Technically optimal AEM implementation across all companies
- Recognize and understand competing business requirements and make recommendations for the overall good of the projects
- Ensure quality assurance for all projects
- Proactively address threats to project success, involving ITS and non-ITS colleagues as needed
- Project Management related activities
- Manage projects and deliver them on time and on budget
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Ensure project closure meetings are held, produce project closure reports highlighting areas for improvement

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Enterprise level experience working as a Project Manager with integration touch points with ERP, CRM and Web CMS systems
- Experience with Adobe EM/CQ
- Experience working with AWS cloud architecture
- Experience working with multiple language/large global website implementations
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Expertise in AEM 5.6.1/6.0
- Front End AEM touch and Classic UI component construction
- Back End OSGi component development
- AEM System Administration; AEM System monitoring
- Adobe Marketing Cloud (optional)
