Adobe CQ5 Marketing Developer

This posistion will be responsible for front end development work on the firms public websites that run on the Adobe WEM v. 5.6 platform. This position reports to the Digital Marketing team and will focus on projects related to lead generation and scoring, personalization, blogging, optimizing for mobile devices, mobile app development, digital assest management and integration of the firms website with other marketing applications, specifically Salesforce.com and ExactTarget.

The selected candidate will act as liason between marketing and IT but still work as a developer on the marketing team. Our client needs someone that understands how to provide solutions to the business and will be able to make suggestions on how things should be done rather than just do what they're told.

Core Skills:

* Good communication skills, team work and leadership skills required
* The ability to present technical ideas in a non-technical manner to internal clients
* The ability to train and develop other team members
* ***Strong Javascript, HTML5 and CSS skills***
* Hands on experience developing mobile applications is required
* Hands on experiene in JavaScript libraries-preferably the Foundation framework
* Experience on Java, JSP Servlets, Aja, XML, extJS, and JSON web technologies
* Hands on experience working with Java development tools like Eclipse and CRX
* Well Versed with development scripts using Maven, code and configuration management
* Worked on RESTFUL and SOAP based web services
* Lead integration of CQ with Salesforce
* Experience in database migration and integration
