ADOBE CAMPAIGN/NEOLANE MARKETING CONSULTANT

£450 - £465 PER DAY - INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT

INSPIRE are looking for an experienced ADOBE CAMPAIGN/NEOLANE MARKETING CONSULTANT to work for a leading client based in Hampshire. You will have strong experienced of automated marketing but specifically you must have knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Campaign or Neolane as a marketing product.

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:

Work as a trusted Marketing technology expert with client business and technology leaders to interpret clients' strategic marketing objectives and to develop technology roadmaps that include all aspects of the clients' operational marketing capabilities.

Working closely with an engagement project or program manager, act as the onsite SME on client Marketing Automation engagements:

- Build complex Multi Channel customer Journey's within the ADOBE CAMPAIGN or NEOLANE platform.
- Write and validate Business Requirements, Process Designs, Workflows, Functional Requirements, Reporting Designs and Campaign Performance KPI measures
- Support pre-sales engagements with campaign designs, Statement of Works and project estimations
- Define high-quality high-level application/integration designs, particularly between BI - Marketing - CRM solutions, in line with clients' strategic marketing objectives, and communicate them to client and internal stakeholders
- Support post-sales engagements with roadmaps for high level design, technology architecture and functional capacity
- Support organizational and Business Change efforts associated with marketing transformation projects (training programs, skill assessments, backfill requirements)
- Provide functional training to Client users in order to help build self sufficient customers
- Act as an expert in multi channel campaign execution and implementing outsourced business processes, particularly externalizing campaign execution and customer data management operations
