-Guide business users on the best practice implementation of web metrics for questions, goals and KPIs
-Maintain Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) configuration and Adobe Analytics report/dashboards
-Build DTM configuration
-Build reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics for new and existing solutions
-Deliver analytics implementations based on Business questions, goals and KPIs following the standard template
-Perform data mining from Adobe Analytics
-Mentor support team in Adobe Analytics and DTM best practice
-Deliver an updated campaign code standard with input from regions and local stakeholders
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
-Profound experience in the Analytics area (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management), preferably with broad industry exposure
-Capability to think strategically
-Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
-Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders (not only what is being done and how, but also why)
-Pharma experience
