Adobe Analytics and DTM Expert

Adobe Analytics and DTM Expert wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
- 5+ years of solid working experience in Analytics (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.) beside experience in the Pharma industry
- Very good communication skills with stakeholders and capability to think strategically
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Leading business users on the best practice implementation of web metrics for questions, goals and KPIs
- Sustaining Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) configuration and Adobe Analytics report/dashboards
- Managing DTM configuration beside preparing reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics for new and existing solutions
- Delivering analytics implementations based on business questions, goals and KPIs following the standard template
- Supervising the support team in Adobe Analytics and DTM best practice as well as data mining from Adobe Analytics
- Providing updated campaign code standard with input from regions and local stakeholders
