JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will serve as the administrative assistant to the product safety department.
- Tasks include filing, sending customer letters, adding documents to Documentum and printing labels,
- Create PowerPoint presentations, setting up meetings, monitoring blocks in the GTS system, answering phones and assisting the senior administrative assistant when needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Two (2) plus years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and SAP
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical and detail oriented with an ability to be flexible
- Must be able to multi task
