ADMINISTRATOR UNIX

Experience level: 3-5 years

REQUIRED:

- Should have a basics on Storage Area Network (SAN), NAS
- should have worked in Unix/Linux Platforms like Solaris, HPUX,AIX and Red Hat Linux.
- Should have Administrative experience in Unix like User Management, Process & Daemon Management, Softwares (Patches & Packages)Management.
- Should have worked on Filesystems like Filesystems, Exporting & Mounting FileSystems, Recovering Filesystem Errors and Device Path Management.Should have worked on File Permissions.
- Should have worked on Performance issues, Volume Managers & clusters. Knowledge of Disk Space Management, Performing user administration, performing System securit, configuring network file system and Auto FS.
- Good hands on experience with UNIX Volume Manager technologies such as Veritas Volume Manager,Sun Volume Manager, Logial Volume Manageretc.Design, implement, review, maintenance andperformance review of UNIX Volume Manager.
- Experience with UNIX Server High Availability-Concepts
