Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for an ADMINISTRATOR/TECHNICAL SUPPORTER for a 7 months contract in Basel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide technical support for the Win10 PoC community consisting of a lot of Basel based VIP's.
- Maintain the Ticketing DB.
- Help people with new technology on-site and develop training material.
- Installation, support and maintenance of the application (including configuration/customization)
- Software and hardware installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations made
- Support of the server environment on which the application is running (monitoring uptime, upgrades, backups, integrity checks, etc.)
- Coordinating with other IT resources as necessary
- Troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents that cannot be handled by the Help Desk
- coordinating with other internal and external parties as necessary Development and ongoing update of a knowledge database relating to support and maintenance issues
- Planning and implementing changes to the application as part of a structured release process (as approved by management)?
MISCELLANEOUS:
START: June 2015
END: 7 months Contract (based on 800 hours over the period)
English is compulsory, German an asset
