You will be responsible for administering New and Existing Business for Income Protection and Critical Illness Products. Providing a quality service to external customers and private label partners.
Key Accountability's:
- Set up new business applications to ensure customer details are recorded accurately to enable further processing
- Provide a professional call handling service resolving customer enquiries to their satisfaction
- Issue policy documents and terms of offer to customers confirming policy terms and conditions
- Maintain and update accurate records to ensure all documentation is clear, appropriately completed and information is shared effectively
- Resolve customer enquiries within agreed service standards, ensuring information is correct and accurate
- Actively contribute in assisting the team to provide a quality customer service
Minimum entry criteria:
- IT Literate
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Educated to 'GCSE' or equivalent standard in Maths and English - C - min grade
