The Royal College of Art is the only wholly postgraduate institution of university status devoted to the study of art, design, humanities and communication. As Administrator - REF, you will play a key role in supporting the work of the Director of Research and the Research Office in the preparation of the College's submission to the Research Excellence Framework (REF 2014). In addition you will act as secretary to the Research Committee and REF Working Group and contribute to the development of the Digital Repository and the College's records of staff research output. Extensive administrative experience and excellent organisational skills, together with the ability to use your initiative and communicate effectively with people at all levels, are essential. Experience of working within Higher Education and administrative experience in either a research or learning and teaching environment would be an advantage.
