Administrator, PT Contract, ZUG, Pharmaceutical

We have an opportunity for a German speaker to work with an established pharmaceutical company on a part time basis (2.5 days per week) in the canton of Zug on a 6 month rolling Contract to help their staff meet the administrative, presentation and correspondence demands of their regulatory affairs department. There is an hourly rate available for the role and a friendly, positive working environment.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work with important regulatory documentation, within an international environment with a global leader in developing pharmaceutical drugs. Our client has an open mind regarding the ideal background for the position; you may be a Graduate looking for a Junior or Entry level position or rather an experienced Administrator without Pharma experience but speaking German, living locally to Zug and with a track record of working with global companies.

Please see a few important requirements below:

- Fluent German speaking and writing, very good English
- Able and happy to work on Administrative tasks which include, scanning, typing and preparing meeting materials.
- Confident user of MS Office
- From 0 to 10 years commercial experience
- General knowledge of Regulatory, Clinical or Development processes for the Pharmaceutical sector via education or commercial is nice to have.
- Excellent and meticulous ability to keep a high quality level of work.
- Friendly, open and communicative, a team player who enjoys working in a diverse working environment.
