Administrator/Provisioning Co-Ordinator

Our Blue Chip Telecoms client requires a Administrator/Coordinator to join the Customer Provisioning Team

The Customer Provisioning Team of our client is responsible for ordering and delivery of all circuits from licensed operators (BT, C&W, Virgin Media, Surf, for example).

Reporting to the Customer Provisioning Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated team player to join our team based in Reading.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Circuit ordering and arranging of tail circuits from other licensed operators
Liaising with customers & Project Managers to provide regular updates and handovers
Dealing with escalated problem orders, as well as managing customer expectations
Delivering circuits to time and budget, whilst ensuring we meet or exceed customer expectations
Working with Infrastructure, Technical Sales and Operations in delivery of customer orders
Issuing handover certificates and updating electronic records

The successful candidate will:
Be PC literate
Ideally have previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of telecom networks, dealing with other licensed operators - although if have good administration/organisation skills that would be considered
Display a high level of confidence handling customer telephone calls and dealing with queries
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work flexibly within the team
Have experience of a busy office environment and working under pressure
Have the ability to identify and implement innovative and effective business improvements
