The nature of the role will be to provide administration for the Resource Management team. You will issue contracts, manage diaries, create documents and assist with additional administrational tasks.
Responsibilities.
- Liaising with internal departments on a daily basis
- To maintain rotas, holiday booking administration and absence tracking procedures
- To support the account management teams as well as HR with the administration of the recruitment of both permanent and contract staff.
- Provide administration support to the Resource Manager and Account Management team
- Assist with new starter paperwork and inputting on to appropriate payroll/HR systems
- Respond to candidate queries to support them through the application process.
- Processing offer letters
- Processing contracts
- Ensure all information and documentation is accurately recorded, tracked and reported
The ideal candidate will have good administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office software is also required.
