JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of Quality Director and staff.
- Prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations and reports at the direction of staff. Routes documents for required approvals.
- Schedules/Tracks attendance in the Learning management System.
- Assures facilities are available and functional in support of training requirements.
- Supports the needs of internal trainers and outside training partners to assure a smooth and error free delivery of training.
- Schedules and administers to 3rd party quality assessments including but not limited to ISO, AQAP and CMMI.
- Creates and maintains appropriated logs, databases, inventories and information (both electronic and hardcopy).
- Schedules meetings, events and travel for staff. Provides phone support; takes and delivers messages.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good customer service and overall people skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, (MS Office suite) etc.
- Solid computer skills including network drives and shares and management information systems.
- Ability to deal with confidential material and maintain the integrity of the information.
