Projektbeschreibung

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support service, ensuring all company and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.

In your role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Event logistics
Event travel
Co-ordinate resolution of issues
Document management
Draft and edit documents
General admin support
Monitor business expenditure
Stationery Management
Travel and accommodation

Essential Experience

Experience of working under pressure, using own initiative and with minimal supervision.
Experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders and business users.
Experience of working in a support and administrative role, preferably in a Financial Services and/or Insurance environment.

Knowledge

Detailed knowledge of relevant IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office.
Working knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals in the same field.

Desirable

Working knowledge of Insurance/Financial Services products, systems and distribution methods.
Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
