We are currently looking for a German speaking Administrator to join our large Global Banking client based in central Manchester. We would be looking to hear from individuals who are fluent in German and are recent graduates, or have a background in Data Processing and Verification, Customer service, reconciliations, administration or financial services.

The environment is fast paced and deadline driven. Strong communication skills and a confident nature are essential for this team.

The Cash Management group is exposed to both financial and reputation risk due to the high value transactions processed and daily interactions with multiple areas of the company and external counterparts.

The group sits within Global Cash Operations which has multiple functions, including: payment processing, account reconciliation, query management, nostro account management and money market processing.

Job Purpose: (What the job role involves)

The senior administrator is responsible for ensuring all assigned tasks are performed both accurately and timely in order to provide a high quality service to our clients and minimise risks to the organisation.

Responsibilities: (Key parts to the job role)

1.Operations - Ensure the completion of assigned tasks whilst adhering to all procedures and checklists

2.Query Management - Ensure queries are resolved and responded to both timely and accurately

3.Risk Awareness - Understand the risks and controls associated with the role to ensure the prevention of errors and issues
