Roles and responsibilities include
* Updating systems including Microsoft office
* Providing general administration in support to staff
* Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
* Liaising with colleagues and external contacts
* Quality checking documentation
* Organising, storing and filing paperwork, documents and computer/based information
* Ensure that documents are handled and stored to prevent their loss, damage or deterioration.
Skills and competencies
* Candidates must have previous experience of working in administration or document control
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft office programmes
* Looking for a organised, resourceful and driven individual
Desirable skills
* Previous experience within engineering companies or Oil and Gas companies
All candidates must be willing to undergo a security check prior to starting
