Administrator/Document controller required for a world leading Oil and Gas Company based in Dyce to fulfil admin duties including cataloging of documentation for archiving, ensuring quality of documentation, Customs, filing records. This position would be for a 6 week initial contract

Roles and responsibilities include

* Updating systems including Microsoft office

* Providing general administration in support to staff

* Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;

* Liaising with colleagues and external contacts

* Quality checking documentation

* Organising, storing and filing paperwork, documents and computer/based information

* Ensure that documents are handled and stored to prevent their loss, damage or deterioration.

Skills and competencies

* Candidates must have previous experience of working in administration or document control

* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft office programmes

* Looking for a organised, resourceful and driven individual

Desirable skills

* Previous experience within engineering companies or Oil and Gas companies

All candidates must be willing to undergo a security check prior to starting
