My client now has an urgent requirement for a number of Back Office/operational/administrator/data entry professionals, for a temporary 6 month contract based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Actions, Settlements or Trade Capture experience (although this is not essential as training will be given) and/or strong operational data entry/customer service experience within a Financial Services environment. Working in a fast paced/high pressure environment candidates will be expected to manage their own workload, communicating important client information to customers and actioning their requests both accurately & efficiently within prescribed time frames. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust your style according to your audience. liaising with senior management, suggesting improvements to processes and procedures accordingly. You will have a great eye for detail, strong organization skills, and be proactive in driving your own training and development. Candidates should be able to pick up new skills quickly, be comfortable using new technology/systems and ideally have advanced excel skills/experience. Successful candidates will be subject to strict background checks, and required to pass a credit check, prior to starting the role.
