Administrator - Contract Support

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced and organised administrator for an initial 6 month contract in Guildford city centre.

We are specifically looking for someone with recent SAP system experience along with:

- SAP - sales order interrogation, invoicing and delivery note creation. Quote to cash and Product Sales Flow.
- Financial acumen - understanding of WIP, RUC, UM, Cost of Sales, unbilled.
- Excel skills - intermediate - creating reports, v-lookups and interrogation of data
- Customer invoice experience
- Knowledge of online customer billing systems
- Experience on reporting
- Experience of investigation within SAP
- Communication skills - customer, finance team and management team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the administration of customer contracts and purchase orders, customer escalation and contract/purchase order changes/updates, input into SAP project details, set up weekly progress meetings, inventory management (updating and reconciling stock systems), control customer acceptance, monitor the inbox and invoicing.
