My client a top tier asset management firm is looking for an Administrator who will be responsible all aspects of both CLO administration and loan administration within a dynamic company.


The role will involve:

- Cash and position reconciliation across the business and credit fund platform.
- Review of monthly and payment date CLO reports provided by trustee.
- Trade compliance testing for CLOs and credit funds.
- Calculation and provision of portfolio statistics to the portfolio management team.
- Updating rating agency data across loan book.
- Spot and Forward FX booking for hedging purposes.
- Calculation and reconciliation of credit fund NAVs.
- Dealing with queries and requests from the business development and portfolio management team.


- Solid CLO administration experience with proven experience of both CLO administration and loan administration.
- Reliable, personable and hardworking.
- Detailed orientated & accuracy required.
- MS Office: Strong Excel skills essential.
- Previous experience of Wall Street Office/Everest would be ideal.
- Previous Bloomberg experience.

The candidate must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment with demanding users. The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure to the business area and products as well as the opportunity to work in a technically challenging, delivery focused environment.
